“Full Flavor” Lectin-Free Cauliflower Florets

Here’s a delicious roasted cauliflower recipe that is easy to make and packed with flavor:

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional toppings: chopped parsley, lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Remove the stem and leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
  5. Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and transfer the cauliflower to a serving dish.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, a squeeze of lemon juice, and/or grated Parmesan cheese (if desired).
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
