Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Optional toppings: chopped parsley, lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Remove the stem and leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
